Telehealth Service Limitations
Virtue Psychiatry now accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Optum insurance including United Behavioral Health, UMR, and MGB health plans.

Virtue Psychiatry is currently seeking alliance with other commercial insurers so that more people can access our services.
Virtue Psychiatry offers both in-person and Telehealth options.
Telehealth can only be used in the state of Massachusetts.

Some treatments may require an in-person assessment because of standard-of-care requirements (as with controlled substances), or because of possible side effects (as with meds that affect blood pressure). If needed, we will ask you to come to our office for a face-to-face evaluation to ensure that we are providing you the thorough care you deserve.
Self-Pay Services
Virtue Psychiatry offers Self-Pay services at competitive rates. Some insurance plans may reimburse for out-of-network provider services, and we can provide a "superbill" for clients to submit to insurance after we receive payment for services.
